Welcome artists, crafters & Vendors!

Vendor Registration Closes on March 4th

The Grand Junction area Freemasons invite you to apply as a vendor for our 2025 Spring Arts & Crafts Fair which is to be held at the Grand Junction Masonic Center at 2400 Consistory Ct in Grand Junction on Saturday, March 8th from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Masonic Craft Fair continues to grow each year. Both in the number of vendors and the number of shoppers. We had over 50 vendors and between 1000 and 1200 shoppers at our Christmas Craft Fair in December.

We have also taken the feedback we’ve received over the last couple of years to make some changes. Please read on to see changes.

  • We will be limiting the number of vendors to 50. This will allow us to place everyone either in our Dining Hall, Auditorium, or main hall. The two side halls will not be used.
  • Booth space is still 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep. This allows for greater traffic flow.
  • Rent for a 10×6 space is $75 plus taxes and fees. Vendors can request multiple spaces side by side for an additional $75, plus taxes and fees.
  • We will offer extended set up time from 12 PM to 8 PM on Friday, March 7th and pack up time on March 9th beginning at 9 AM.
  • Vendors need to bring their own tables, chairs, and Point of Sale systems.
  • We will provide power and internet for running your Point of Sales systems.
  • Vendors are responsible for any licensing required to sell their items and for the collection of sales tax.
  • We will attempt to comply with all special requests regarding vendor placement, but we cannot guarantee you will be next to another vendor or in the same location as you have had in the past.
  • Vendors are welcome to promote our craft fair to their contacts and customers.

Vendor Eligibility

Everyone is eligible to register as a vendor for our Spring Arts and Crafts Fair. This event is not limited to handmade items or retail vendors.

The sale of illegal items is not permitted and vendors are responsible for any special licensing or insurance needed to sell their goods and for collecting and reporting sales tax.

Craft fair house rules

The Grand Valley Event Center is available for rental to responsible individuals and groups with the understanding that the premises and furnishings will be treated with care, left in the condition existing before the event, and that the renters and guests will behave in a decent and respectable manner, and will not cause annoyance to the neighborhood.

For these purposes, the following rules apply to the Craft Fair Vendors.  By purchasing booth space at the 2025 Spring Masonic Craft Fair you agree to the following rules.

  2. No one is permitted on the Dining Room Stage.
  3. The times listed above include such time as may be necessary for setup and cleanup unless other arrangements are made with management before the event.
  4. The hallways, entryways, and parking lot will be used exclusively to access the rented booth space or bathroom facilities.
  5. Nothing will be brought into a room that will damage the carpet, tiled floor, walls, or ceiling.
  6. Vendors must provide extension cords to access electrical outlets.
  7. Vendor display must be contained within the rented area – tents, canopies, or similar coverings will not be permitted.
  8. Signage over 8 feet tall will not be permitted.
  9. Sound systems or music will not be permitted.
