Welcome artists, crafters & Vendors!

Vendor Registration Closes at Midnight November 30th

The Grand Junction area Freemasons invite you to apply as a vendor for the 2024 Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair which is to be held at the Grand Junction Masonic Center at 2400 Consistory Ct in Grand Junction on Saturday, December 14th from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Masonic Craft Fair continues to grow each year. Both in the number of vendors and the number of shoppers. Last year we estimate we had over 50 vendors and between 1000 and 1200 shoppers throughout the day.

We have also taken the feedback we’ve received over the last couple of years to make some changes. Please read on to see changes.

  • The booth space has been changed from 10×10 feet to 10×6 feet. This will allow a better flow of traffic throughout the building.
  • Vendor fees have increased from $50 to $75 as we are offering additional time for setup and packing up.
  • Vendors can set up Friday, December 13th from 12 PM to 8 PM, the doors will be locked at 8 PM.
  • Vendors can pack up on Saturday after the event or Sunday morning. The doors will be opened at 9 AM on Sunday, December 16th.
  • Vendor registration will be conducted through Eventbrite.

Vendor Eligibility

Everyone is eligible to register as a vendor for the 2024 Christmas Arts and Crafts Fair. This Arts and Crafts fair is not limited to handmade items or retail vendors.

The sale of illegal items is not permitted and vendors are responsible for any special licensing or insurance needed to sell their goods and for collecting and reporting sales tax.

Booth Space

A ten-foot by six-foot (10×6) space is available for seventy-five dollars ($75). Vendors may request multiple spaces and the vendor is responsible for providing their own table, chairs, Point of Sale solution, and extension cords.

The Grand Junction Masonic Center will provide Internet and power for vendor use.

We have extended our set up and pack-up times. Vendors can set up their booths beginning at noon on Friday, December 13th, and pack up their booths after the event has ended. If vendors need more time to pack up time is available on Sunday, December 15th beginning at 9 AM.
